Yellow high-waist bandage skirt-$59.50 Express (yikes! I know it's horrendous but when you have Express bucks/coupons to use it's not so bad-it's worth to it have a few items that are a little higher quality and it is a 5 star skirt).

I'm still trying to find a comparable skirt to the bandage one above from Express that has the optional length (as this one does). I, personally have to have it longer though it looks great short too. If I find one I'll pass on the info.
